To access the FYLD Help Centre and locate knowledge articles or raise queries with FYLD Support.
Background
The FYLD Help Centre is your go-to place for assistance with the FYLD App and Cloud platforms. It includes a searchable knowledge base of articles, product updates, and FAQs. You can also contact FYLD Support directly through the in-app chat.
Please note: to view all of FYLD’s help centre articles, you must sign in to your FYLD account.

Steps
In the FYLD App
To access the Help Centre from within the FYLD App, follow the steps below:
Open the FYLD App and go to the homepage.
Tap the hamburger menu in the top corner and select ‘Chat with Us’.
From here, you can:
Use ‘Ask a Question’ to raise queries or concerns directly with FYLD Support.
Select ‘Search for Help’ or ‘Help’ to browse the FYLD knowledge base.
You can also use the Messages section to revisit any previous support conversations or communications received from FYLD.
Tip: Articles are organised by product area, and you can use the search bar at the top of the screen to find what you need.

In the FYLDCloud
To access support from the FYLD Cloud platform, follow these steps:
Select the Chat icon in the bottom-left corner of any page.
2. Choose from the following options:
‘Ask a Question’ to raise a query with FYLD Support.
‘Search for Help’ or the ‘Help’ icon in the bottom-right to browse the knowledge base.
You can also view Messages to refer back to any previous support conversations or updates received from FYLD.
Tip: As with the App, the knowledge base articles are categorised by product area and can be searched using the search bar.
Start with ‘Release Updates’ to stay informed about FYLD’s newest features and improvements.
