Steps

Part 1 - How Do You Usually Log In?

    • This method sends you an email or text with a link directly opening the FYLD mobile app or FYLDCloud, depending on your role (fieldworker or manager).

    • If you typically log in by entering your email address and password on the FYLD login page.

    • For users accessing FYLD through providers like Okta or Microsoft Entra, entering your email redirects you to another authentication page. Here, you’ll need to provide your username, password, and additional verification details.
