How to use the FYLD live chat to best get the help you need including finding old chats and sending us images

If you ever find yourself needing some support with FYLD you can contact us by email, phone or live chat - we have almost 24/7 coverage available.

How to speak directly with a support agent

Call the following numbers to speak to a dedicated support agent who will assist you with your query. Lines are available Monday to Friday from 7am-12am, or 9am-5pm on the weekends.

How to contact Live Chat support in the app

Our Live Chat support team is available during the following hours:

  • 24-hours Monday to Friday

  • 8am to 4pm GMT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the app and click the option 'Chat with us'.

  • This will open the FYLD app live chat function where you can select 'Send us a message'. You can also search our range of help articles which may cover what you are looking for guidance on.

  • If you are looking for a previous conversation with us you will also see the option 'See all conversations' under the 'Send us a message' button which will allow you to open your previous chat threads with us. If you have closed your chat and are looking to go back to us regarding the same subject we recommend using this function to ensure we have all of our interactions in the same place.

  • When you click the 'Send a message' button you will be sent directly to our chat box where you can begin your conversation with us.

  • To ensure we can give you the best support possible we recommend including in your message the following:

  1. A detailed description of what your issue is

  2. Your FYLD email address.

  3. Any screenshots or error messages you are seeing

  • You can attach any screenshots or photos to a message by clicking on the picture icon, at the bottom of your chat screen.

  • You will need to allow the chat to have access to your gallery in the pop-up which will appear.

  • You can then scroll through your gallery and select the image to send. This will open the image on a larger screen. Then click 'Send' in the top right-hand corner.

  • Our agents' response times are typically within a few minutes, so you'll soon have someone looking into your query.
