How to find the app and login

Finding the FYLD app

If your organisation hasn’t added the FYLD app to your device already, you are able to easily download it yourself.

  • If you are using an Android device just head to this link to find the app in your Google store.

  • If you are using an Apple/iOS device head to this link to find it in your Apple store.

If you click to download the app onto your phone, once it is complete it will appear in one of your home screens or your all-apps menu.

Next, you can get started logging in and using FYLD!


Logging into the FYLD app

Any person using FYLD can log in using the email address associated with their account and the password that has been set for it, though the flow of steps you take may vary depending on your organisation.

  • For most users, just click 'Login via email and password' and enter your details.

  • You may need to ensure the correct country is selected for you. To change this, you just need to click on the flag at the top of the FYLD login page.

Login link

Some organisations may use an email or SMS text message login link method. To use this, the option must be enabled for your organisation and the email and phone number associated with your account are up to date.

If you are unsure if this is enabled for your organisation, just drop us a message in the live chat or at info@fyld.ai and we can confirm for you.

How to request a login link:

  • Click on the request button and enter your FYLD account details.

  • If you are using your contact number to receive an SMS please remember it needs to be in the correct format. For example, UK users' phone numbers should start with '+44' to replace the '0'.

SGN users

You will still use your email and password however you will need to log in using your OKTA portal, with the following steps:

  • Select 'Log in with email and password'

  • Enter your SGN email

  • Click 'Login with OKTA'

  • Enter SGN email and Windows password

  • If asked to, click 'send code'

  • Your input code will be sent via text

  • You can then use the code to log into FYLD

If you are not seeing the option to log in with an organisation code, you will need to reset your login page first.

You can reset the login, by following the steps below:

  • On the login page, tap the flag in the top right

  • Select 'Restart login'

  • If you have an Android device, you will need to reopen the app

  • Follow the login instructions detailed above
