FYLD - iOS Device Requirements

The FYLD iOS app is currently maintained for iOS 16.1 or later. The following devices will no longer be actively supported by FYLD after June 2024:

The minimum operating system requirement for the FYLD app is iOS 16.1.

To continue receiving automatic FYLD iOS app enhancements and bug fixes, your iOS device will need to be updated to at least iOS 16.1, but we recommend updating your mobile device to iOS 17 to ensure devices are receiving the latest security updates.

If your device cannot run iOS 16 or iPad OS 16, we recommend upgrading that device to ensure continued app support. See the list of compatible devices in the Compatible Devices section below.

If you are unable to update your mobile device to iOS 16 or later, you can still use the FYLD app on your device but may eventually experience reduced quality of service as your device is no longer able to handle FYLD app updates.

FYLD cannot guarantee how long older iOS versions will continue to operate effectively.

You can update your iOS device by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update. To view more information on updating your device, see Apple's support article: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If you have a company-issued device or your device is managed by company software, you may need to contact your IT team to perform the update.
