In the event that you are unable to log into the FYLD, this can be caused by a number of reasons.
Please take a look at our checklist and troubleshooting steps below to help you get back into your FYLD account:
Case and spaces
Emails and passwords are case and space sensitive so check for incorrect ones before trying to log in.
Selecting country
Web browser
FYLD on a PC/Laptop does not work with Internet Explorer. For best results we recommend Chrome.
Default browser
Before trying to log in, you may need to make sure you have the correct default browser on your device which should be Google Chrome. You can check this in your device settings. Scroll to the end of this article for the steps on how to set your device's default browser.
Compatibility
FYLD is designed to work with Android operating system versions 8.0 or above. If your phone does not support this you may need to contact your managers or request a new phone from IT.
Country code
To use a login link with your mobile number, you need to make sure that the phone number on your account uses the correct country code or you will not receive the SMS. For example, UK numbers remove the first '0' and replace it with '+44'.
